Thanks to Didask's generative AI, our experts can focus on the essentials without wasting time creating content. The result: we create quickly, but above all we create well.

What is One Business School?

One Business School is a 100% online training center, with an innovative pedagogical approach. Our aim is to put the learner at the center of the training process, connecting them to their peers, their company, as well as their tutors and coaches. We support our learners from the beginning to the end of their studies, by combining various teaching methods: asynchronous modules based on practical cases and professional scenarios, as well as synchronous sessions with business experts. We offer certification courses in sectors such as sales, management, human resources, health, and many others.

What are your missions?

Cecile is the Educational Engineering and Quality Director. She oversees the training creation process, ensuring that each module meets the needs of learners and respects business requirements. It transforms complex frameworks into concrete training courses while guaranteeing the quality of the content.

Marine, Project and editorial division manager, ensures the smooth production of modules. In collaboration with project managers, designers, and reviewers, she uses the data provided by the teaching team to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Margaux, Director of production and digitization of educational content, manages the creation and editing of content by working closely with experts. It optimizes the production process to meet deadlines and quality standards.

What were the challenges before working with Didask?

We had very tight deadlines and a large production volume to manage. The main challenge was to quickly produce quality asynchronous educational content. With teams that were unfamiliar with e-learning and instructional design, it was imperative to find an intuitive tool that would allow us to speed up production without compromising quality.

How did you deploy Didask in your home?

Deployment was smooth. We quickly put in place a structured and scalable process, allowing each member of the team to focus on their added value. Didask significantly reduced onboarding and production time, which allowed us to create modules quickly, while ensuring consistency and homogeneity of content. Thanks to the platform, we were able to manage a large volume of production without sacrificing quality.

What results have you obtained since implementing Didask?

In just two months, we produced 150 modules, and in ten months, that figure rose to 1,100. This speed of production is made possible thanks to the structuring of our processes and the optimization of each stage. Didask not only allows us to create quickly, but above all to create well. This allowed us to respond to our internal and external orders with impressive responsiveness.

What is the place of AI in your training?

Didask's educational AI plays a crucial role in our production. It allows better structuring of content and facilitates the work of experts by optimizing each stage of creation. We particularly appreciate the diversity of exercises available on the platform, which allows us to effectively anchor concepts with learners. Educational AI is also an asset for automating certain tasks and freeing up our experts' time for high added value steps.

What place do you give to the progress of your learners?

The progress of our learners is very important in our pedagogical approach. Thanks to Didask, we closely monitor their progress and adapt their career paths according to their needs and skills. This personalized approach is crucial to maintaining their commitment and motivation. The platform also allows us to react quickly to the challenges faced by learners.

What are your next challenges and goals?

By the end of 2024, our aim is to fully exploit all the platform's capabilities. We want to optimize our processes while testing new Didask features, such as self-corrected exercises in beta. We also have projects to develop training courses in the IT sector in order to meet various requests. At the same time, we aim to reduce our costs and accelerate our production to meet management expectations.
