Didask is the SaaS eLearning solution that allows all organizations to train online simply and with pedagogy. It's the 1era market platform to integrate an educational facilitator, designed by our researchers based on the recommendations of cognitive science research. Depending on the cognitive challenges of your learners, this technological innovation generates adapted training frameworks, then guides you from start to end in the design of adaptive learning experiences with proven pedagogical effectiveness.
A French EdTech player, Didask was founded by researchers from the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Ulm Street, who are passionate about education and pedagogy. Since the end of 2021, we have been financed by a European investment fund, which supports our growth and development projects.
Transversality & feedback
At Didask, communication and mutual support are fundamental. Everyone, regardless of their position, is invited to contribute with their ideas or feelings, and can express themselves on all projects. We pay attention to recognizing the value of the work of others and we encourage the continuous sharing of feedback, which we learn to formulate and welcome in a constructive way.
Distributed ownership
We have chosen an operation based on a distribution of responsibilities between all employees, which we call distributed ownership. Juniors and seniors alike, everyone takes charge of project management. She makes sure to listen to others and then, with the trust of the team, makes decisions that seem relevant to her on her own.
Writing culture
Our professional exchanges take place via our keyboards, are accessible to the whole team, and everyone is thus free to consult or participate in them. Even salaries, executive committee reports, etc., are no exception. This allowed us to abandon meetings, and everyone can organize their working time as they like, without interruptions! Transparency in writing also pushes us to improve the way we communicate and give feedback.

We share the same objective: to contribute concretely to the development of Didask. To do this, we ensure that each employee develops their skills in order to have the maximum impact, regardless of their role.
