What challenge did you have to take on?

Almond is asked by its customers to create information security awareness e-learning modules on current topics such as phishing, ransomware, and attacks on presidents. To put our know-how at the service of our client, we looked for a design tool capable of generating modules that embraced our various areas of expertise and that were easily accessible by our customers.

How did the mission take place?

We used Didask's Digital Learning solution to meet the needs of our customer. Based on the pedagogy integrated into Didask, we have developed and made available two modules to raise awareness of cyber threats. One of them is for a population of developers and the other for a population of system administrators. Two very demanding targets! With the rapid and intuitive layout of the modules, our team was able to focus on the key concepts to be transmitted to learners and was able to value our real added value: our expertise.

What assessment do you draw from this?

I would say that the differentiating factors of the Didask solution are ergonomics and the integration of a proven pedagogical approach to guide us.

The Didask solution is like a skeleton that only needs to be dressed to set principles in motion and become anchored in everyone's habits. The constant availability of Didask interlocutors was a great help to us in getting us out of our usual frameworks of thought. I recommend the Didask solution for anyone who has knowledge that they want to share.

An anecdote?

Although we have educational skills, the development of modules compatible with our customers' tools is a factor of complexity in the delivery of our projects. The use of Didask precisely allowed us to get around this technical difficulty of distribution.
