Digital and educational transformation: Orange takes up the challenge with Didask!

Recently, we have been facing a major digital transition in the workplace. Consequence? New operating methods and a reassessment of the place of pedagogy in business.

With the Didask solution, Orange is carrying out 3 large-scale projects to transform the postures of its employees. On this occasion, a webinar took place. REX Digital Learning, bringing together experts from Orange and Son Ly, CEO Didask, in order to discuss the challenges of this triptych, in digital format.

How does Orange's desire for change translate?

Each of Orange's projects, in connection with its activities, has the common objective of Generate a change in employee behavior of the company. Their feedback provided a concrete understanding of the role of the Didask authoring tool, for experts and learners, through three fundamental projects.

Improving yourself with your customers

Project led by Alexandra Baronnet, Director of Training and Professionalization at Orange France.

This project is intended for the 500 employees working on Orange telephone platforms and who have a long history of working on Orange's telephone platforms. The challenge for Orange is to change the practices of salespeople, based on an ever more digitized environment.

Working in agile mode - Agility @Orange

Project led by Mohamed Rekkab, Jobs & Skills Director at Orange Business France.

Ultimately, 160,000 employees, or all of the Group's staff, are involved in this project, whether they are newcomers or confirmed experts. The aim here is toharmonize and streamline work practices and develop a culture of agility within the Group itself.

Building your individual business development plan

Project led by Maxime Dunegre, Director of Projects & Educational Innovations at Orange France.

The aim here is to involve all Orange France employees, i.e. 50,000 people. In view of the evolution of professional skills, rapid adaptation is essential. It is therefore essential to empower employees, andGuide them in an empowerment process and personal reflection concerning their employability.

Each project asked various questions: how to encourage employees to want to train? How do you make a transition between old and new habits? What can we do to adopt new reflexes?

Why did Orange choose the Didask solution?

Through the Didask solution, the reverse pedagogical approach not only responded to common objectives bringing together these 3 projects, but also to certain specific challenges on the side of experts as well as that of learners.

  • For Alexandra Baronnet, in charge of the “Improving yourself with your customers” project, the Didask author solution intelligently supports face-to-face training and has a lot of advantages.   • For Maxime Dunegre, in charge of the project “Building your Individual Business Development Plan”, the Didask solution, which is intelligible and easy to use, generates clear progress for learners. The author tool focuses on pedagogy and allows everyone to “concretely transform their behaviors”. based on Feedback fun and engaging”.

The initial results for learners seem very conclusive and the Didask experience could also be applied to Orange trainers.
